We have many ways to connect at Our Savior’s. Our ministry of fellowship includes:
Fellowship = Food for Lutherans. Join us for coffee and cookies after worship every Sunday. We smile when we say it’s our “third sacrament,” but it’s pretty close to true. Check our calendar and our blog for special events that involve meals and social gatherings. We love to get together, and there’s usually food involved.
We offer healing prayer as part of worship on the 3rd Sunday of each month. On the first Tuesday evening of each month at 6:00 pm, we gather to hands on prayer and anointing for healing.
Now that it’s summer, Sunday School is on hiatus, but we have a childrens’ sermon every Sunday morning. In the fall, kids from toddlers to Middle School are invited to share a lesson during worship – leaving during the readings and returning to their families for Holy Communion.
Sunday mornings after Church: 11:00 -ish. Right now we are studying Luther’s Small Catechism. We will end at the end of June.
Wednesday mornings at 9:00: The group is currently reading the Gospel of Matthew together. We’ll finish this year’s study on June 14, and begin again in the Fall. Bring your Bible. All are welcome. If you have questions, call Pastor Barbara at 541.447.7526

Our quilters meet every Monday morning at 9:00, rain or shine. The quits they stitch and tie are sent around the world by Lutheran World Relief to give people affected by war and disaster something warm and beautiful to comfort them. Many of the quilts are distributed in our own neighborhood as well, gracing the beds in Redemption House and wrapped in Holiday Partnership gifts. Come join in the fun. Call Nilla Landers for more information, 541.447.1393
Knitters and Crocheters gather to visit and pray over the prayer shawls that will go out into the community to those who need extra comfort and assurance of God’s love and presence. We meet at 1:00 pm on the first and third Mondays of each month. All skill levels are welcome. We have yarn and needles, so just come and join us. Call Ginny Beard with questions, 541.788.0063.

We lead worship at the Skilled Nursing Facility on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 4:00 pm. We welcome singers to come and sing all the old favorites with us. Many of the residents can’t carry on much of a conversation, but they still know many of these old hymns. If you’d like more information, call Pastor at 541.447.7526
